GC: This is an interesting situation, and full of glamour. But, thus far, it is difficult to translate the prospect of successful production of films into bottom line earnings. There are still fund raising efforts underway. I don't know details. But one evident question is to know the nature of these efforts, and what amount of profits will be needed to pay off the investors. There are also a large number of shares being held. One party thought the number was 60-70 million. I don't have confirmation. Any discussion of this issue, particularly how various expenses are handled by accountants, and the effect on ultimate earnings, would be helpful. Steve
