I agree that most small companies don't make. But, IMHO you can't just look at the numbers on this one. This small company is partnered with a reputable equipment manufacturer, ADC and BellSouth.

This isn't like Technicon, with Industrail and Clinical Divisions beating the crap out of each other and not for the good of the company.

The management depth is small, but I think BellSouth has a few people that know cellular technology. If a Fortune 50 company believes in this company and wants to validate the technology they have to budget this project for about a 3 to 5 year loss. On each succeeding country everyone will learn to cut costs and provide better service.

So you can analyze all the numbers and look at the management ranks all you want, but most of the facts are not public.

So Recap -- Lack of Cash if BellSouth wants the project -- NOT!

Management Depth -- BellSoth has as many technical mangers as 3rd world coutry's armies.
