IR at ADC Telecommunications (Mark Borman, I believe) responded to an e-mail that I sent regarding their relationship and business dealings with Platform International. They are in the consulting business (as well as telecommunications) and are consulting (for a fee) Platforms International in the development of their business plan and other logistics. They have done this for many companies and according to him, this is pretty standard. He said that it is their business and they are calling the shots, but ADC would be involved. I don't post much and have been watching for several months and until now, haven't had anything to say.
