Temp, A thought about leasing: Does FTEL have the money to Front the Equipment and still deploy into the FNET system? From my understanding the Leasing, at this point in time, would cost the opportunity of placing the leased DVG, inot the FNET network and into someone else's system. Since FTEL does not have an infinite<GGG> supply of DVGs, I would rather it go to FNET or a straight sale. We do not need to support others deploying their own network, over FNET.
