Much better. This clarifies a number of things. It's what we've been asking for: answers.

But--and really, I'm NOT joking--you still need a "forward-looking statements" clause.

Thank you Rhonda.

To all,
Although not indicated by the report heading, it appears that pennystock.com has been updated.

Thank you, Rhonda, for your PM regarding outstanding shares. Since you are the CEO of a publicly traded company, and since I have strong feelings about keeping everything open and above-board, I will paste your PM in and respond to it here;

Marcos this is really simple.

19.4 million out, INCLUDING the 6.1 million to shareholders of A.R. Brooks. If AND when the shares allocated on paper are issued to merced and Telanis, then that would add an addiitional 3 million shares to the issued and out. Some of the shares will only be issued on an earn out basis tied to sales. Relax, the universe always unfolds as it should.
Rhonda

I have a question? Why are those who have something to hide seem always afraid to
face the people they accuse? Just can't figure that one out! Well maybe in my next life."

Re shares out; Thank you, that does make it clear. It is good to see an open public statement from the company on the matter. Later I may have questions about the nature of the 'Class A convertible preferred' of 11th hour, and perhaps those of other subsidiaries as well. If there is an option/warrant structure at this time, could you please, at your convenience, explain its nature to us?

Re your question "Why are those who have something to hide seem always afraid to face the people they accuse?" - Rhonda, I have accused you of nothing, and I don't think anyone else has either. We have asked questions, nothing more. Yes, they are at times leading and provocative questions, and I quite understand how you could feel somewhat besieged. From the other side, though, and speaking only for my own perception, some bright red flags were raised here by posters prone to hyping and by the hype from the two tout sheets, stocks4tomorrow and pennystocks. As it happened, the Y2K product attracted the attention of some aficionados of the genre, who I happen to find to be amusing company on Coffee Shop threads. My own sole reason for posting in recent days was to retaliate for the harassment of Ms Shell, I had lost interest before that. If you feel hurt or wronged by that, then I am truly sorry, but it seems to be an internet maxim that those sorts of intimidation tactics will reflect badly on the company involved. The clear and open dissemination of relevant information in a public forum is much to be preferred, imho.

Secondly, this 'hiding' business - Everything I have to say about your company, every question I've asked, is right here in black and white. It is hard to conceive of anything more public, and less like 'hiding'. As to my personal identity and location - there is simply no need for anyone to know that, it is not relevant. If that seems unfair to you, please allow me to point out that you run a publicly traded company, and presumably are paid for it, and so community standards dictate that you must identify yourself here. I run businesses too, but they are private entities, and of no concern to anyone on these threads, and so to avoid the sort of harassment that various irresponsible idiots will insist on perpetrating on people with opposing viewpoints, like for instance Ms Shell, I choose to exercise my right to separate my online persona from my private life. This has had the added benefit of reducing my junk email to about one a week.

One more thing - you might consider reworking your 'forward-looking statement';
"Relax, the universe always unfolds as it should."
-g- ... I know what you mean, though ....

If you are indeed straight-up, and after your clear statement regarding shares out I do allow the possibility, then I wish you the best of luck with Cashco. Post to follow on the merits of posting here ..... cheers ..... marcos

Quite a number of CEOs post here at SI. Here's the one of whom I was first aware, Dave Webb #reply-4434863 - he runs two companies with threads on SI, in both of which I hold and trade shares. They are in a tough business, gold mining and exploration, in a tough time for that business. Most junior golds fail, especially now. But I figure if anybody has a chance of making it, Dave will, and a good bit of that estimation came from observing him to have both the balls to post here and the smarts to do it right and carefully.

So anyway, back last summer I started up this thread #Subject-16262 - quite a few got posted, but nowhere near all. Here's John Hull of Intel's entry #reply-1888451 - Greg Taylor of Yamana #reply-1900128 - John Menzies of Steppe #reply-1896930 & #reply-2896390 - (lots of resource CEOs because that's where I hang out, but here's) - Rick Lundberg of Biogen #reply-1890849

So please feel free to come over and enter yourself on the 'Companies...' thread, if you like. ..... You might find this post of interest #reply-2888313 (I keep meaning to ask Jeffrey about his second point there)

Imho, for management to post here directly, in a calm and reasoned and cautious manner, whether correcting misinformation or clarifying details or releasing news, is far superior to paying for tout sheet coverage which can leave the stock with an noxious odor, which imho may have been a good part of what has happened here.

I bet 98.7% of all CEOs read their company's thread daily at least, it's no big step nor effort to post, if only to correct misinformation, and management posting imho leads to a much saner and more informative environment.

All above imho only .... each to their own ....... cheers ....... marcos
