I would assume S.E.E needs a company to merge with and they came across Roper and the people got along.
That is usually how it works.

Hope those U.S. brokers join in the party!!!!

JIM; I hear it all the time from IR guys - even worse - try 3rd party promoters. Sometimes they do not talk numbers.

Those questions are excellent as I have asked myself the same ones. I do not know why they need RRN. There may be past connections.

How does a mining company from canada hook up with a Safety engineering company from California??? It is an original twist.

Why does SEE need Roper? My educated "guess". SEE, like many small companies with an emerging product, needs $$$ for expansion / marketing, etc. Venture capitalist firms/investors can supply the $$$ but they typically want a material piece of the company and management influence, etc. I suspect that Roper offered SEE the best terms. Roper obviously needs to get the stock up to higher levels in order to do a financing with the least dilution.
