Vanni,

Years ago there was this guy named Ney whose entire focus was specialist trades. Ney, a former actor, you can see him on an old Outer Limits, made lots of money watching, these individuals, whom he termed as insiders. He did this, I feel, because he believed that the person who manages the float of a security, its buys/sells, had a great deal of influence and possible inside information regarding company activities. I'm not suggesting that this is the case with GSCO, but it is information which should not be immediately discounted.

Just a suggestion.
