Big Eye, Truthfully, I directed him to PLFM's site where he got their write-up on their engine, expected capabilities and left him at that. He came back later to me and lost me with his "Tech-Speak" . I asked him just to tell me in layman's terms whether what he read (and I would add probably inferred) gave him any doubts about this aircraft's abilities to perform at the altitude claimed. He had none. I do not and will never claim to be an expert. I'll see if I can get him to write down how he came to his decision/conclusions. We all know PLFM is guarding their specs closely. Sorry if this didn't help at all. Rory.
