The institutional percentage was at about 29% at end of
march, now its at 28.5%. When this increases, there will be a big
stock movement. Or if it decreases. FORE went from 37%, when
it was at 15, to now 43%, at $23. The price moves when they buy
or sell, not when they're sitting in it.

Pat,

I heard it the same way that you did. The run up was so great that a number of institutions bailed out with 500%+ profits in less than a year. Along the same lines one of the audience members asked Akins why there was so little ownership by management. He acknowledged that this was a concern but explained that it took the company so many years to become profitable that they had to keep diluting their shares in order to keep the company going.
