Limtex, An insider sell of 60,000 shares was registered in April. The SEC filings for May are not available yet. insidertrader.com This is public information. It would be fair to ask the CFO about intended insider sells. Perhaps I will call to ask (at the risk of alienating Ms. Burgdorf). I will try to be as diplomatic as possible. In general, I am not sure that insider selling is a useful tool unless there is a mass exodus.
