B, With the majority of earnings still coming from outside the country I believe there are still things other that price getting in the way. That is why I believe he will not pursue the listing until after LOCUS is in the barn. When Price is the only issue I believe the buyback program will be applied big time. Best Regards

Does anyone KNOW for sure that the price is the only thing holding us from listing? A friend of mine has written DCTC IR many times on this and has never gotten a straight answer. When asked why we didn't get listed, there is no reply but a note that says "DCTC will proceed with the listing procedure after the year end financials are completed and audited. I view this as very encouraging that the listing will become a focus again VERY SOON. I am just a bit frustrated that it has been a year since applying and even the "experts" here seem to be guessing as to why we aren't listed already.
