Thomas Jon Swift, Don't be fooled by Joe Vigliarolo. I have watched this man for the past two years. I never liked or trusted him. He will dance and jive to the best. Why in the hell, isn't the 10-K or Q been filed? Remember, this guy is a CPA. He is going to buy as much time as possible and give you every excuse in the book. The guy is a liar and I can prove it and I will. My husband is the biggest fool of them all! He believed him and he let Joe Vigliarolo set him up. I kept telling Joe this guy is no good for this company and the shareholders are going to get burned. Joe didn't believe me and said I didn't know what I was talking about. I also told him that this company was going to go in the tank and the stock would go to 5 cents if he didn't wake up and see what Vigliarolo was doing. Joe Lanza is a talented guy but he falls short on sizing up people. He trusts everyone and leaves himself always to be stabbed and used for a target so the "scum" of the world can get away with ripping people off. I have seen this over and over again. And every time he is blamed for the company not working especially when the company had potential. But I have to agree, he deserved some of the blame for trusting the wrong guys. So I understand how shareholders feel. Its justified. The problem is, I watched it happen and the low lifes walk away with the $$$$$ and none of the blame. Well this time, I predicted this mess and I prepared. No matter how bad it looks now, I will see that the shareholders come out of this and I have the documentation to prove it. You need to remember, Joe V. and is two side-kicks are going to paint the worst picture of Lanza has possible. Its always best to draw attention to the other guy when your hand is in the cookie jar, especially when you want all the cookies. Well, this time someone else was watching you take all the cookies and they won't get away with it. This company could be strong with the right management. The makings are there. But, if you knew the back-ground of the current Board, I don't know if you would laugh or cry. Not only is it pitiful, its really a very sick joke. So TJS, have confidence even though it is hard to justify at this time. For once, shareholders have to come out on top. There are some "heavy weights" working on your behalf. Like I always said, it pays to have friends and family to call on when you need them most. Hang in there, Jayne Lanza
