That is a crock and a rumor. There is nothing like that at the TA and the registration statement for the warrants is in the SEC filings under American Coffee Cup. That dang rumor I dealt with uyesterday. Dan does not have a resolution stating that nor does the TA. Of that was true then they would not be excepting warrants. I talked to Dan Fisher just now and the date is Aug of 2001. Call the company on issues of the stock. Geeze GB

The fax I received from the TA says nothing of any June 30 deadline Can you give me a phone # that I can call to investigate this ??
