I do not think you could find even one law enforcement officer in the State of California
who would vote for Jerry Brown,

I had no idea he was pro criminal or was a Judge Bird promoter. That's disgusting.

On the other hand, I do believe the poor often get trapped into their poverty-criminal justice system cycle which can become endless and from which they cannot extricate themselves. I am talking here about minor offenses, drunkeness, lack of auto licenses, etc, not violent offenders or armed robbers, who I think deserve to be put away for a long time.
