***General Post***

Having some trouble doing DD here :(

Belize notwithstanding, actually this news intrigues me. But I've been hither and yon trying to find out about PRWT....can't find a thing.

Can anyone help????

Thanks in advance.

To Kenny and Scottoo and anyone else for whom I caused problems today on PRWT: I'm sorry for the incorrect information I posted earlier today.

I tell you, I was on the phone with Gus from IR and thought I was going to be a big star for correcting an earlier post that said there were 75 million total shares. I was hearing directly from the IR man (Gus) that there were 750 million shares, so I knew I had something valuable to post. However, I also posted that the float was 165 million, which I see from posts that others have made was incorrect. I feel very bad about this and I'm sorry to those I hurt. Actually, I can't quite express how saddened I am about this whole thing. When I joined SI in April of this year, I wanted to be one of those posters who helped others along the way, not hurt them.

I make no bones about it--today I hurt people which has been noted on this thread twice. I guess my name is mud right now, but I will work to rebuild it. Probably I'll start by not posting anything for a while while I assess what went wrong today. I thought I had a clear understanding with Gus, but now it appears I wasn't making the proper distinction between "authorized", "outstanding" and "float" shares.

If you believe in karma, then I really got what was coming to me later in the day. I sold my shares in panic near the close because the thought of a 165 million share float scared the pants off me. Even though the spread was around .014/.015 at the time of my market order sell, over 90% of my shares sold at .007/shares. You read right: .007 per share.

I will call Ameritrade tomorrow and ask what happened, but a deeper more spiritual part of me thinks that I got exactly what I deserved and that nothing should be done about it.

Anyway, I'd hate to get a reputation as a hypester or a liar and today was certainly no help in that regard. It was my worst day on the market, emotionally, that I have ever had.

Good luck all,
Chris O'Keefe
