Temp, <<If you want it bad enough, anything is possible>>. I agree. My hope is that if nobody is stepping forward to be the EP (with a reasonable deal) then the heck with them and let's GO IPO without them. I know the IPO price would be less but I have the confidence that the FTEL/FNet gang will make this work and a year from now the price will be there anyway. I say we've missed enough windows its time to join the frey before the technology is bypassed and we're sitting here holding nothing but our PP<gggg>. Bruce
