Hi Bruce -

My current take is:

1) FNET would prefer to be bank rolled for the entire DVG site implementation - while creating a huge up-front short term debt, long term revenues could be realized sooner as well as establishing market presence
2) FNET is proceeding with early targets, emphasizing overseas markets where the revenues outstrip those in the US - this will produce revenues as well as act as the proof of concept
3) The chance of an IPO without a Tier 1 investment within the existing market conditions is close to nil at this point
4) 7 million will not come close to getting the job done
5) The major telecom alliances/mergers are a real threat now, whereas the majors at one time didn't have a clue as to the importance of the telecom/internet synergy

At this point we can only sit and hope the company executes well.

Cheers,

George
