so what you are saying is that the only way for a rise in the price of WSTL is through direct earnings and not on any news, no matter how good it is? If so, we should be able to use this 'delay' to our advantage.

Normally, news of a Bell Atlantic "contract" coupled with a bit of merger mania in the sector would cause WSTL to rise. However, as I wrote earlier, the street doesn't care. WSTL has misled so often in the past many analysts simply choose not to follow the company.

Not only Westell. All the DSLers put out their share of LOOK AT US - hype. I think it is the "sector" analysts are afraid of right now.
