Really , I was told that by a reliable source and it was confirmed by Liberty Capita (unless there was a misunderstanding)l. If you are correct, then where is all the news that was supposed to be coming out? I was under the impression that JChin returned with signed contracts and could not put it out due to the quiet period that preceeds Nasdaq listing and/or financials coming out.

Folks, we were told in the newsletter that the SB-10 would be done by last week. Not having heard anything to the contrary, I assume it was. But finishing the SB-10 and having it appear on Edgar are two different things. I am sure the SB-10 should appear any second/minute/hour/day now. Remember, Edgar is run by the SEC, and you know that the government does things on its own time. So if it is not here yet, it is not because of any delays on the part of DGIV.
