I don't know about QNTM, but I think SEG will turn around. They have an extremely strong balance sheet. They are very liquid, and have invested in R&D wisely. They seem to be ahead of the others in developing a new generation hard drive. I have been watching it drop recently, looking for a good point to take a long term position.
