Absolutely right, there are two sides to this story, and I've heard them both. I encourage everyone to do the same, before making any decisions. 'Innocent until proven guilty' is probably the best way to look at it right now, so I would like to say one thing to CVIA/WOTD: if you 'did nothing wrong' (besides making people like myself lose 80% of their investment), then you have nothing to worry about.

I do not want to appear to be negative at all. We've called Jack Arnold and called him. Many a quarter, ask Wayne, has been spent calling him. After the calls had been made, and the waiting continued, and the stockholders continued to wait...nothing of substance happened. The only thing which occurred was: lost stockholder value! It becomes entertaining now, for Jack Arnold, to want us to call him. The stockholders have spoken: by means of action. This action, in-turn, will re-establish "positive stockholder value"!

No need to speak to Jack.. his actions speak for themselves. Where are the WODT personnel? Let's see the corporate public paperwork Jack? How about a written statement???

I called Jack and this was his side:
1. deal in may not happen
2.warrants= 1 for every 1 share(post split) at a cost to trade in of $3.00
3.first reg s money (the 500,000) he loaned it to wotd.

not a very good side
