Dougin: In answer to your question of what EU is doing, I suggest you go to the WCOM website and download thier long range plan that will take you a bit of time if you have an old 28.8 like I do. In it you will see an amazing network laying arond Europe. It is to me quite amazing. IF, just IF WCOM sold off UUNet, I for one would my take double-my-money investment in WCOM and put it all in Qwest. NOBODY bitched when QWST bought EUNet, a European shadow of a UUNEt. As for me I have 10% of my retirement portfolio in each of these soon to be(hope) world telecom giants.
