The issue of financing is not resolved and is obviously life or death for the company. Considering the loss of the most impressive person on their management team, the odds of completing a financing just got much lower.

Is a month long enough for Dr. Burke's tenure? Assume he did his home work prior to accepting this position. Sprague took a one-year term. Has he left? If not, why not? Ram
