Take a tour of the China Facility, which is essentially a contract manufacturer similar to Jabil Circuit:

<< Uh... Haven't I already gone through this about 5 times with you already Craig?? >>

You might need to another 5 times because it still doesn't make sense to me.

<< Your lack of understanding about the this company never ceases to amaze me. >>

Heh, heh, heh. I have the lack of understanding yet you are the one who keeps averaging down! Nice logic there.

<< There are over 1,000 employees working at the China manufacturing facility. >>

About 999 too many.

<< They are paid a very small fraction of the salary of what US employees are paid. >>

Call Phil Knight! Call Kathie Lee Gifford! Maybe they can give Osicom some tips on how to save even more money.

<< This scenario is very similar to General Magic (GMGC) >>

Yes, GMGC has done discounted convertibles as well. Now that I know you are bullish I will spend more time looking into shorting it. (Thanks for reminding me).

<< General Magic was a high flyer when it IPO'd, trading as high as 32 just a couple years ago. Long story short, their technology was ahead of its time and they made some changes by applying the technology to some new products >>

Long story short GMGC is hype like Osicom and will probably suffer the same fate.

<< Their products have now begun to gain acceptance and the stock has gone from $1 in late December to as high as $15 7/16 recently. >>

You mean the market was in an internet mania and that's why the stock went from 1 to 15. I suppose KTEL, MARG, SEVL, CFON, etc all went up because they saw acceptance of their products.

<< Moral of the story is that the street isn't always right, particularly in small caps that don't have coverage >>

Just because the street has overlooked successful micro-caps in the past doesn't translate into the same story for Osicom. Sure, people have spent 1 dollar on a lottery ticket and won millions but that doesn't mean everyone should go out and buy lottery tickets.

<< I've done my research and the depth of your research as it relates to this company just doesn't compare >>

It's the quality of the research David, not the quantity. All I had to do was look at this company for 5 minutes to decide that it was a joke. You have spent countless hours yet you continue to average down.

<< which is obvious when you ask such questions about the head count, once again demonstrating that you don't fully understand the inter-workings of this company and its operations >>

It was a rhetorical question Mr. Pawlak. I already knew about the headcount in China.

<< What I am saying is that these guys have the products that are in demand >>

Doesn't proof of demand show up through sales? Osicom's sales have declined now for 3 quarters in a row, WHERE IS THE DEMAND?

<< a couple bigtime backers and can deliver right now >>

They do? Who is backing Osicom? Who has put any serious money on the line? NEC agreed to market their product to an RBOC. Doesn't sound like money backing Osicom to me. FORE did a demonstration, and that's all we heard. Nowhere can I find Osicom on NEC's or FORE's website. Ciena made a real announcement of a partnership with Cisco, and you can find references to CIEN all over C$CO's website.

<< which is far more than what can be said for most of their competition >>

Osicom's competition? They aren't formidable? Give me a break. Companies like LU, CIEN, C$CO, NT, ALA, etc. set standards that little joke outfits like Osicom try to follow. DWDM (short-haul or long) will not move forward unless industry heavyweights like LU, CIEN, C$CO etc lead the way. Osicom doesn't even have any patents for the Gigamux, yet they are gonig to lead the market and set standards.

What a joke, Osicom's product was introduced over a year ago and they still don't have patents. Relax, it's Osicom, a real industry heavyweight.
