If I understand your numbers correctly. There are 540 million shares.

Panamerican will get a 5% fee from the $10,000,000 and a 2% annual fee

that means the EPS will be .0012 is that correct. that would mean the EPS ratio right now is 20.

do I have my numbers right?

Pan American Mortgage will receive an origination fee approximating 5% and an annual 2% servicing fee on the mortgage portfolio balance, a very lucrative business indeed for originating, warehousing and servicing government guaranteed mortgage loans.

Folks, this is an awesome return. Stateside, originators are often limited to 1% origination and 1/4% for servicing. They are getting real bang for the lending buck,

Great summary Kevin

Kevin,

Any info on the terms of those 70% restricted shares? Do we know how close the holders are to being able to trade them, etc?

I wonder if the Writers of Top Dog would mind coming to the PRWT thread to clear up some of Colleenb and other peoples concerns.

They had their ears to the ground and are in tight with PANAM, so they could help her out best.

Afterall, they promoted the stock in the first place, so I know they have a lot of the answers to her questions.

Can't seem to find Kevinl or Jimb around anywhere though?
