I have to question that there were an unlimited number of common stocks authorized. That makes the calculaton of franchise tax ininfinitely large number. Where did you find that information. Also, I would like to know how many of those shares that were used to pay for anything are in the process of being sold off and in the future can we expect that folks are going to continually be doing this. The effect as we can see is that it keeps going down. To be sure, if this continues, it will continually keep the share price down at the expense of the investing public. That is a condition that I am not ready to continue with.
