Olduvai, your time table corresponds well with a projected bottom late October early November which I have suggested (stock price bottoming 6 months before actual results bottom).

Which CSMC? I presume you refer to China Sijia Semiconductor Materials Corporation (CSMC) which has a joint venture with MEMC:

However since you put them in the same sentence with TSM, a foundry, perhaps you refer to Central Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (CSMC)of Hong Kong:
