Vegas, We have not lost John Spriggs, DF-144 or Exxon. This HAD to be done for legal purposes. They are negotiating.

If this is not BB bullshit I don't know what is. What does Midland expect to gain from all this? They can sue DF and his affiliates and arcon is an affiliate plus John resigned because be has better things to spend his time on. like DF-144 to do the negotiations with Midland. John informed me that hopefully in a week or so he deal ... John has to get a few cleaned up on the DF-144 before John can bring it into a deal. They sue DF get a settlement for $700,000 try collecting on it from his personal assets, FAT CHANCE! Meanwhile we have lost John Sprigs, DF-144 and Exxon. We have lost nothing ... They had to do it and they have an attorney in the bahamas and they have got to do what they got to do and john does. John agreed to cancel his stock and John what has to be done., I talked to John on his way back from Dallas which he called me on his way back. I guess its back to casinos or bearings. It all seems like bad Start Trek episode and we are all cuaght in a temporal anomoly. (The deal happened, no it didn't, there was a split no there was not.) Everything is still on go just some complications from what has transpired a week ago .. This is a results of the DF saga. OK they have got to move on it and purging the shell is one of them. Call me a naysayer but this is how I see it. Hope I am wrong. In at $27 and hating it. Hey we have lost nothing and this has got to take its cousre ...
