Are you referring to the offering RE: The Prudential Thing? After the secondary I wouldn't want to hang around for the short term if MRVC raised money from investment bankers. How would the money be used? More Foundary capability? Poduction Inprovements? If they stipulate that they would earmark monies for PR I would have to throw up. This was assured at last shareholder's meeting and "The Secondary". Why should we really believe this. All this is purely my speculation and by attending the shareholder's meeting and personally assured, to my face, that MRVC was well aware of the importance of improved MRVC visability and would work hard to improve this...seven months ago. Has anyone seen more visability? Acquitions...Who? I sure hope they stay miles away from struggling Cabletron Just MVHO John

JMandel, I've been trying to decipher the DWDM Press Release as well. Basically, I wanna know how much more ahead are they than competitors in terms of this product? Or , (hope not) are they behind the Ciscos , and the Lucents? thanks in advance,
