These post on this thread are really irritating me. There is NO management selling going on. This company is for real, with ,more money and projects coming out. There is NOT 1 management selling going on. I am continuing to buy on these so called dips. If you are posting on this thread that means you're interested in wants going on. Stop posting or start buying. Everyone here knows ALYA has a great future ahead. This message was not directed to you ESSAM

You are correct in that no management sales or potential sales listed. But three different "beneficial owners of more than 10% of the stock" are listed as potential sellers. That makes them insiders? if not management. I suspect that what is happening is that all the "family friends", "employees", and "early angels" who founded this company and gave it breath are now looking to get out some of what they put in. Or maybe even get out all* of what they put in and to play with house money hereafter. Next week if I have time, I will call IR and ask if any of these people are employees of the company.
