You seem awfully optimistic to me, but I do appreciate your comments. I think you have been following this more closely than I have. Will be moving more towards cash and restraining myself a little on the bearish bets or at least buying enough time to get me through October.

ahahah, you mention the prospect of war between China and Japan would this be to settle the score with the Japanese due to their war atrocities? Chinese saying 50 yrs is not too long to wait for revenge. I have often wondered when they would get around to this to forgive would be devine but I'm not sure this will happen especially since the Japanese have done so little to attone for their atrocities. If the U.S. did not have the resolve to save Vietnam there is no way we could stop China -it would not be worth the cost. I would not be able to young underemployed men working in a low paying service sector job to preserve the industrial base of Japan so they can continue their economic war with the United States. Mike
