Many times downgrades indicate the turnaround and the lower mark of the price decline, especially when a great price drop already occured. This was the case with MOT recently.

Well, if you're implying that more might come, only BA Robertson Stephens has any real likelihood of doing so. Of the other two houses covering, FahneStock initiated just yesterday with a BUY and DLJ reiterated their BUY only this morning. It would be fairly inconceivable that either of these two would change their tune so quickly on no "real" news.
