Tom, It may well be that he sold his shares for philanthropic purposes. It also may not be the case. My approach on all my investments is to look for the negatives so I'm not surprised when(if) something happens. I hate to have to find things out when the rest of the world does. It's very easy to always look for the positives (plus it's much more fun) but forewarned is forearmed. The fact that the CFO has also sold shares along with Ken Morris (isn't he the VP of Technology or something like that) says that three very high level individuals in this company are selling shares. Maybe there's a good reason...maybe not. It kills me to raise anything remotely negative about this company because it has always been my all time favorite and still is. However, my ultimate goal is to preserve my own capital.

So...maybe we can look for some answers.
