From the intro to this thread:

" ALYA is the ONLY company that offers a fully LonWorks compliant system for security and building access.

LonWorks is an intelligent communications system for control networks. It is becoming the standard in building automation and was developed by Echelon and funded by Motorola (who funded $100,000,000 and owns 20% of Echelon), Toshiba and the Quantum Fund.

The company has a 2 year and $3,000,000 head start in this industry."

Reads a little different when separated in the main body. Where's the
$3 million? Certinly not on the balance sheet in any form. How much and in what form is the new PR firm be recompensed?

BTW could you have picked a better place than the burgeoning economy of SLOVAKIA to announce your first major contract for this leading edge technology that's at least two years ahead of the competition. If the public were not so gullible this thread would be a joke. Waiting for you all to join the ranks of SEXI, RMIL, MTCI hypesters.

Dr.M., I was so confused by his post to me I didn't know whether he was a long jumping me, AS USUAL, and par for the course all over SI, if there was anything that vaguely sounded a smiggen like a sensible question about the product.

Then it seemed that he was actually telling me that ALYA had NO
patent on Lon Works, and was one of the 683 companies he listed which had Lon works, whatever, and made lonworks, and could sell lonworks to me door to door if they wanted to.

My understanding, please correct me is that ALYA HAS DEVELOPEDE AND PATENTED LONWORKS AND IT IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE, NO ONE ELSE CAN RIP IT OFF DUE TO THE INTERNATIONAL PATENT PROCESS AND THEREFORE THESE PEOPLE IF THEY WANT TO USE LONWORKS MUST IN FACT PURCHASE LONWORKS FROM THE COMPANY NAMED ALYA.

Is this correct?

And as for house brand, that's the way Safeway became the true giant in the food industry. All of the best and if you're cheap and like to save money, they put it in a little can with a less fancy label and don't charge you the 15 cents for each high gloss fancy deep color label that those with too much money to spend find an infinite relief that they can purchase the very best. Usually the same product is in the can/package sitting beside it with the 2 colored safeway brand label.

I found this out at Lucky, where they had everything house label.
When I asked who made the Lucky cream cheese sitting next to the Philadelphia cream cheese, the guy went out back for about 3 minutes and came back and said, "the people that make Philadephia."

IOW, it's a way to sell Lonworks a little cheaper, and I say great, just sell the lonworks for pete's sake to every living soul on earth if you can, why not?

I could not understand whether I was being jumped by a viscious long or jumped by a vicious short, or more probably, jumped by a man badly burned who is sick and tired to death of seeing people taken in BB stocks.

I am among that crowd, so I think if this stock is gold it will weather the test here, and that's good. I'm sure LESX would have me taken behind the thread and shot immediately for such comment however.

But I am curious: T something, are you short or just mad as h___ ..and don't care who doesn't like it.

I spoke to Dale Wednesday and was super turned on by what he told me about his personal visit to the ALYA plant/base/admin, whatever there in CA. It is a beehive, and dying stocks aren't beehives, they are deserted and everyone is packing up that's still there. All concerned have strange little...." I can't say anything now, .I'll talk to you later", and later is when the plant has closed and it's been announced.

Check the JAXI thread for worst case scenario and case study of a total Burn.
