Talked with Noam. He's clear about things. They either step it up or get trampled. His vision is right on target but they are simply really bad at communicating with the common shareholder. Legally, he said, they can not make any comments until the deal is done which will be June 26. Expect coverage.

Why is this perceived to be a negative. CMVT
placed two large convertible debt deals overseas
as part of their growth strategy. So far they
have done everything right. We'll have to look
at this deal more closely.
