Are these planned sales, or sales? Planned sales are merely the insiders putting in a request to sell to the SEC, which allows them to exercise within certain time frames...they may never be exercised.
I have done this before...it pays if you need ready cash, and you think the stock will rise sometime in the near future.

Gemseeker, kind of makes you wonder, huh? Could Dr. M explain that, since he has followed all of this as closely as one can.

I would say if the insiders had sold ALL their shares, then I'd like to know too. If they sold some and made profit, they probably had a heck of a lot invested here, maybe most everything, that needed to be put back elsewhere.

But, ask those with a clue. I'm curious also.
