Qualcomm down big time on Q problem. Sprint PCS has stopped selling the Q, because of a defect in the joint between the top and bottom of the clamshell. In fact, I had to return a Q for the same problem. When you opened the clamshell, it would not answer the call. And the buttons would not work, also. Obvious problem in the electrical connection at the joint.

Tom,

which phone are we talking about?

I thought the old Q is old story indeed. There were not much disagreement that it was a flop. Didn't QC stop making that Q and are concentrating on the soon to be releaed dual mode? Now if it is the new Qs that have a problem, then I would say QC and us shareholders are going to have a problem.

May be Gregg P can enlighten us.
