Not true ROSARIO.... The stock does not suffer from the LONGS on this thread. Rather, it suffers from SHORTS like you, that spew out baseless dribble trying to drive the stock price down.

There are two strategies regarding stocks: 1. buy on the news or 2.have the stock before the news.
I believe in #1 and not in #2 except under unusual circumstances.
I rarely buy on the news, sometimes, but rare

Hi everyone(this is not a response to rosario)geeze there are an awful lot of posts on this board. Bought 10,000 shares today seems like the price was stabalizing a little at .058. Do you think the price drop had anything to do with the unbalanced trading friday afternoon? Maybe the mm had to get some shares this morning to cover the shares they sold friday. So they walked the price down quick this morning on low volume to scoup up a few shares. Just a thought, it seemed there wasnt an awful lot of selling yet the price dropped real quick

Good Afternoon, gang! Here's the scoop...I had a brief face to face meeting with John this morning on his way to Belize.

To answer the question of whether there will be a stock split, John said at this moment they are not even considering looking at that issue...it's way too early in the game to tell. But, he also said he would never say never to that issue as that would be foolish. Financial reporting is in the works with the accountants..the 2nd qtr ends this month June 30th, and the financials will be due out about 45 days after this date.

Look for information on Access Wall Street to appear on the PanAmerican Bancorp website early this week. You may even be able to start ordering the product for use this week, as well. Still in the works is a possible commercial on CNBC. Licensing issues are still being worked out on the Video System, but the potential on this one is hugely enormous. Regarding mortgage banking, Costa Rica is also in the works with a market around 4 times larger than that of Belize..John may stop in Costa Rica this week straight from Belize.

From what I see, revenues will probably start coming in first with Access Wallstreet, second with the Videophone systems, and then third with the Mortgage banking. From this meeting, I've reinforced my beliefs that John is taking this company in the right direction..at this moment I see no end in sight for this company. But that's just my opinion; your opinion may vary.
