Updates to GMGC website.

They changed their job listings today. I always
find it instructive to see who firms are recruiting.
You can learn a lot that way ...

- They're recruiting more network operator and support
people. Weighted on the billing/service side.
A quote: "(General Magic) is poised to launch our exciting
Portico network service".

- They're recruiting TeleMarketing people to
"generate client and industry contacts for our
new product launch of Portico". I wonder who
they'll be calling?

- Recruiting more sales engineers.
"You will be responsible for working with
network carriers, business partner networks and
technical personnel in designing and implementing
the most effective connectivity solutions to
interface to our network operations center".

"Business partner networks" - I wonder what that might be?

Markman mentioned devices like the PalmPilot
would be targeted. Outlook integration
has been mentioned in GMGC press releases
so you should be hooked up pretty well. If
you have the PalmPilot III you'd likely be
able to get info through the infrared port of
the MagicPhone.

Did they mention that the DataRover was being
used by parking ticket writers in Oakland?
Guess they can afford the 1000 bucks :^)
