You'd think Congress would be wildly protesting the fact that this document effectively writes the legislative branch of government out of existence, but they're not.

Of course they're not They've been doing it to themselves for years by writing the vaguest most open ended laws possible and then empowering bureaucrats to figure out what they mean. Or the courts as one of the sponsors of the ADA admitted. What's a "reasonable accommodation"? Too difficult a question for a mere congress man but no question is too much for the trial lawyers of America.

Darrell: I'm starting to think that this bastard is going to get away with it after all what with all the news outlets saying what a big defeat it is to Starr that Hubbell's been let off the tax evasion charges and that Starr only has Tripp's testimony to get anything on the Big Creep. I'm probably going to live long enough to see this great country go down the drain due to the fact the people are so incredibly apathetic, and lazy when it comes to self government. Now I know how Noah must have felt when he could see the inevitable while everyone else laughed at him. One day it will be too late to reverse the course of events which are gaining so much momentum.
