Yongzhi, I believe you are absolutely correct. Once the contract is signed, PLFM will expect some degree of payment upfront to initialize the production of the ARC Systems for Brazil. Revenue from the subscriber fees, of course, wouldn't be paid to PLFM until they've been collected by Brazil and the system is in operation. If PLFM is smart, they'll build in a payment schedule based upon deliverables. This will then constitute a steady flow of income until the system is fully operational and revenues from the subscriber fees commence. JMHO. I truly believe we have a winner here. Good luck all.
