Ocom's real problem is and their main competition is the unit price per seat.

Thanks for the summary. In my mind (with the perspective of watching from the sidelines -- sort of) the question is can they build/deliver the product? Nothing else matters until they answer that question. Right now, they are suffering in public what most company's at this stage suffer in private ... or at least only in front of their VC folks.
