yes, there is a rather large float, but only about 170 mill reserved for trading, it seems as though the rest are being reserved for acuisitions, such as was done with AWS. those shares will be tied up nice and tight , and in safe hands. Now you tell me why any body would let their company be acuired by the shares of PRWT, unless they too see the enormous potential for increase. My opinion is , you better buy whatever you want now, I doubt you'll see these prices again. [do I hear sleigh bells?]
