Second News Release this week from XXXX Holding Corporation

Current Bid: $3.312 Current Offer: $3.375

At the close of the market today XXXX Holding Corporation (Ticker: XXXX)
released its second news release for the week. On Tuesday XXXX reported
that in the first 5 months of this year it had closed $81.0 million in
loans, an increase of 62% from last year. Today, XXXX reported that it
had appointed a new, seasoned management team for its Puerto Rico
office. Since this new management team took over the Puerto Rico
office, it has focused on a construction-financing program. As stated
in the release, XXXX has approximately 600 new loans in the pipeline.
This would represent $75.0 million in new closed loans for the Puerto
Rico office alone.

Last week XXXX announced the expansion of its Connecticut office which
has gone from $300,000 in closed loans per month to over $2.5 million in
closed loans per month. With the expansion program, XXXX is projecting
to close $6.0 to $7.0 million in closed loans per month for this single
office. Currently XXXX is licensed in 16 states and has offices in New
York, Illinois, Connecticut, Florida, Missouri, New Jersey, Arkansas,
Ohio, Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

XXXX has been public for only 3 months. In addition, over the past 30
days, XXXX has traded as high as $7.00 per share and as low as $3.125
per share. Over the past month XXXX has traded solid volume. We feel
that you could finally see a break-out of the stock to the upside. The
Future Superstock has set a price target of $8.50 to $9.00 per share.
As XXXX continues to post strong numbers we expect that our price
targets will be met.

YYYYY, a company we brought you a while back, continues to hit new
highs. Today, YYYYY (Ticker: YYYY) hit another new high at
$33.875 per share. Over the past 12 months, YYYY has gone from $4.50
per share to its high today of $33.875, an increase of 652%. Labor
Ready continues to open offices at a rapid pace. Over the past 12
months, YYYY has opened 166 offices. As stated in our initial profile
of XXXX, we feel that YYYY and XXXX have several similar
characteristics. Our hope is that XXXX's stock price will follow that
of YYYY's stock price.

yes, there is a rather large float, but only about 170 mill reserved for trading, it seems as though the rest are being reserved for acuisitions, such as was done with AWS.

Are you saying that there are 500M shares outstanding, and 170 in the float? I don't think I'd use the word "only" to qualify either. And bear in mind just how MANY shares would have to be used to buy anything worth having. Remember also that restricted shares are not restricted forever.

More important still: how many shares are authorized?
