It is my understanding that there are 500M authorized. I don't know exactly how many of those are actually issued to shareholders.

the first part of this note you will have to do some verification on, as i am only using recall from others who posted here, and if any one else reads this who knows different, PLEASE correct me. Authorized shares are the total 670 mill, with some 500 mill being restricted. It is these restricted shares that are being used for acuisitions. or at least for the acuisition of AWS.
Now, before you poo-poo the idea of using shares that are currently trading just below .05 cents, to purchase another company, let me remind you that very few companies, be it BB stocks, NASD, or even your Dow Jones stock, are assesed at their current value for trading purposes. Many trade at prices assesed for their value two years from now. one million shares of PRWT right now could well be worth 20 million dollars in two years. Take for instance the partnership of Metamor, and Citidel Tech. Metamor was given warrants, [total of apprx 5 million] to be redeamed at 4, and 5 dollars, anytime within the next few years. Now being that Citadel just passed the $2 mark, it doesn't mean much right now. Now if Citadel continues to improve and becomes a $20 a share co. in the next few years, Metamor can go buy $20 shares for $4,& $5. See how that works? Or in PRWT's case, the shares that owners of AWS got could very well be worth much, much more in two years than AWS could have been assesed for right now.
Now concerning the fact that I used the term "only 170 mill shares", you also have to understand that has been quite common for 100's of thousands of shares to be traded at one time, for PRWT. 100 thousand shares are only worth a little less than $5,000 right now. There was one person who posted not too long ago that he and relatives of his purchased 50 milion shares. Those shares can be dried up mighty fast. and if you take those 170 mill shares [wich are considered your OUTSTANDING CAPITAL STOCK , which is the only shares aloud in the publics hands, and are used for the valuation of the company], right now X .05, that only gives PRWT a capitalization of 8 1/2 million. Pretty darn cheap for a company that has such potential earnings as PRWT. Hope that explains things a little better, and puts your mind at ease. Got to get to my pinic. Happy 4th!
