Now if Citadel continues to improve and becomes a $20 a share co. in the next few years, Metamor can go buy $20 shares for $4,& $5. See how that works?

Sure. There's only one little catch: Citadel MUST become at least a $4 stock. I very much doubt whether the people holding the warrants will sit around waiting for 20. Remember also that generally warrants have a fixed lifetime. They can also be called by the issuer in some circumstances. Happened to me once, and the exercise was a major pain.

You speak as if it's a sure thing that these stocks will go up. There are NO sure things, not with INTC, and especially not with BB securities.

Remember also that restricted shares don't stay restricted forever. People who accept equities in return for their company usually want to realize a profit at some point; and that point is often as soon as possible.
