Janice Shell;

I didn't really mean to bring citadel up for any other reason than as a comparison, if you wish to further discuss the many merits I see in citadel I would be more than happy to continue through PM, or the CITN thread.
Now you are right, there is no gauranty.We are all speculators, who invest in stocks, no matter if it's INTC, MSFT, or PRWT. No matter what our trading style is, or what we trade, we can only use what we know about a stock, and our level of experience , to make our decisions. Even money in the bank, or CDs are not as secure as we would like to think they are. Wars could start, NAFTA treaties could fall apart, CEO's could crash in the ocean on their way back from Costa Rica, you or I might not wake up tomarrow. But apparently, the majority of the share holders of AWS were pretty confident to accept such a purchase, and since the shares were not publicly traded, they are privy to much more insider info than you or I will ever see right now. That in itself says alot to me. Me, and many, many other investors on this thread, and off, have used all the info we could glean from press releases, personal conversations and E-Mail with the CEO, and our own level of experience, to come to the conclusion that PRWT is one of those rare, wet dream kind of investments that don't come very often in life. You also, will have to use all the tools and experience you can muster, and make your own "speculation", for or against. I am sure that there are alot of people on this thread, including myself, who would be more than happy to provide whatever assistance we could to help you make your decision.
