VRTY....

David:

VRTY is another example of a former 13 (originally under 10.00), that is now heading towards 17.00 to 19.00 price range...

David:

VRTY

Haven't spoken in a while, how are things?

Technically, from what I see the ticker is doing quite well....

a A 52 week high in triple average vol is a good sign.

Fundamentally it is getting stronger:

investor.msn.com

It looks like they have been doing some R&D aquisitioning so it has interrupted the EPS growth, revenue growth % is strong and the ticker is outperforming it's industry which is outperforming the broader markets:

investor.msn.com

32% of the stock is held by institutions, of note, there was alot of insider selling back in May. In general, although I do not like neg EPS an PE ratios things look pretty neat and tidy, this is a general sweep, David, alot more looking is necessary.

For others who know nothing about what VRTY does:

Co. develops, markets and supports software tools and applications that enable individuals, enterprises and publishers to intelligently search, filter and disseminate textual information residing on enterprise networks, online services, the Internet, CD-ROM, view and other electronic media. Co.'s SEARCH'97 family of products is designed to address these needs by providing rapid and timely search, retrieval and categoritation of archived textual information, as well as real-time monitoring and filtering of information selected from dynamic text files. Users are able to conduct personalized searches across Co.-indexed information stored within multiple sources and formats. Co.'s SEARCH'97 technology has been deployed within the Co.'s own suite of applications, and also as an embedded feature within broadly distributed third-party software applications.

Best,
