According to the CEO, there will not be one for the forseeable future. They are using the shares for acquisitions and he says "it's not part of the picture" ... that's all I can tell you. Straight from the CEO

If you read the posts you will find that the float issue has been addressed. Kevin has made many informative posts. The company has indicated that it is not interested in a reverse. I think that a buy back is probable. They will start accumulating some pretty significant cash by years end. If the price of the shares remains attractive they could buy back a whole lot.
