Has anyone taken the time to figure out what the new changes in the customer agreement are?

Has anyone had success in setting sells on "both ends" of a stock? I have a highly volatile stock that I want to sell if it goes below x or above y. I naturally have to sit through a 2-hour meeting this afternoon while holding this stock, so I want to set Datek on auto-pilot.

I can set the stop-loss at x with no problem, but when I try to set the limit sell at y, I get the dreaded 'cannot short' error. Any easy solutions?
